Grated soba is Goo. After getting good, I ate gourd down and ate, but it was painful! But it was delicious. 1000 yen & medium grade "Pork" received.The sake is Daisetsuki. Grilled egg on a knob ↠delicious! Tempura of lotus root. Goo

Not only cold, even the hot soba was brilliant. Their handmade soba noodles are made by Hakuba local buckwheat flour (80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour) .
